International Master personal trainer Paul Joseph has been developing custom workouts for personal training in Greater London and Europe for over  20 years largely due to his simple exercises which produce immediate results. His clients range from International MMA fighters to competitive strongmen recently coaching a young Judo player to qualify and compete for Great Britain and an International silver medalist Kettlebell athlete and other athletes who are striving for break-through performances.

With a client list as diverse as his personal training methods, he regularly works with People from all walks of life

Paul's unique personal fitness workouts have been built up from his own fitness and sports base, from climbing and triathlons to martial arts, highland games and strongman.


Staying in shape and motivating others to do the same is now a way of life.

Paul is an extremely motivated Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning coach.

For the last 30 years, Paul has been an International competitive athlete who has specialised in Body Transformation, Strength & Conditioning, Weight Loss and Sports Therapy.

In the past Paul has competed in triathlons and mountain bike racing and more recently in Masters strongman, taking first place at Bolton's Strongest Masters and 4th place at Yorkshire's Strongest Masters. He now competes at Highland Games. Paul is also a keen martial artist attaining a Shodan in Aikido.


Paul is also a Level 4 Personal Trainer, Sports Therapist and Strength & Conditioning Coach.
